Shipping & Returns.


We offer a number of shipping options that suit products, for small items like furnishings and home accessories we offer delivery via Royal Mail/Parcel Force, for all of our furniture items we deliver via an independent courier (rate £39 per item plus £20 each additional item), if you live locally with in the Northamptonshire area a 40mile radius applies then we can arrange for one of our staff to deliver your items to you (a flat rate of £25 per delivery), alternatively you are more than welcome to collect your new items directly from our Northamptonshire Workshop and studios.

Local Delivery

We offer evening/weekend slots to our customers who live in the Northamptonshire area. Simply select the option at checkout, and we will be in touch once your furniture is made to agree on a time slot.

Pickup from Our Workshop

Our workshop is located in Northampton, Northamptonshire. You are able to pick up for free, just select the option at checkout and we will be in touch once your item is made to arrange a time that suits. Pickup times/days are very flexible.


We are confident you will fall in love with your furniture when it arrives. But if the Furniture is not quite what you were expecting, or if an item is damaged during the delivery process, we are happy to accept returns.  Please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange for the return of your item. The cost (minus the couriers collection fee)  will be refunded to you as soon as we are in receipt of the furniture. Please be sure to keep the original packaging of the item if you wish to return as this will make the process easier


If you change your mind about your purchase, you can get in touch with us within 72 hours of the order to cancel. We will refund the full amount including postage, no questions asked. For bespoke pieces, we please ask you to notify us of cancellation as soon as possible, but once a deposit has been made and materials ordered you will be no longer be able to cancel your order.
